IMPORTANT: SmarterBlood is NOT a medical service and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge that:

  • All analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and is for informational purposes only
  • Our analysis is NOT reviewed by medical professionals
  • The Service does NOT replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • You should ALWAYS consult qualified healthcare professionals for interpretation of your test results
  • You should NEVER disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment based on information from our Service

4. User Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

  • Upload content that is not your own blood test results or those you are authorized to upload

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SmarterBlood and protected by intellectual property laws. Your blood test data remains your property. By uploading data, you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
